As part of its growth strategy, Pyroguard is creating a cross-functional role that bridges commercial, technical, and procurement teams. This newly created position aims to support the sales team in technical analysis and quoting, while also contributing to the reinforcement of our supply chain.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying technical solutions, assisting in quotations, and exploring alternative or complementary sourcing options to improve purchasing processes and ensure supply chain resilience.

Your Tasks

1. Commercial and Customer Support

  • Assist in feasibility analysis and technical interpretation of customer needs.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quotations and responses to tenders.
  • Recommend alternative technical solutions based on project constraints (cost, performance, lead time).
  • Support the sales team in preparing technical and establish some commercial offers.

2. Technical Analysis and Product Knowledge

  • Assess project feasibility from a technical standpoint.
  • Suggest product alternatives or optimisations in line with regulations.

3. Sourcing and Supply Chain Optimisation

  • Identify potential new suppliers or industrial partners in Europe and beyond.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility with new sourcing channels.
  • Propose alternatives to reduce risk and improve supply chain robustness.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to improve competitiveness and supply reliability.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central interface between sales, technical, and procurement teams.
  • Help streamline internal processes to reduce response times and standardize quoting practices.

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering, industrial materials, or technical-commercial fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • Experience in an industrial or technical environment (ideally in glass)
  • Strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Business-oriented, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and quoting tools; knowledge of Salesforce and/or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Professional level of English required; other European languages are an advantage.
