Am Produktionsstandort Leiningen wirst du als Teil unseres R&D-Teams Formulierungen verbessern, Neuentwicklungen vorantreiben und an unseren nationalen & internationalen Standorten Brandversuche begleiten.

Your Tasks
- Forschung & Entwicklung: Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte des passiven Brandschutzes
- Laborarbeit: Durchführung von Laboransätzen, sowie Probennahme und -prüfungen der Produkte an unseren eigenen Brandprüfständen
- Dokumentation & Datenpflege: Dokumentation und Auswertung der Versuche in Zusammenarbeit mit (Senior) Chemiker*innen sowie Datenpflege der Prüfergebnisse
- Projekte: Mitarbeit an Projekten sowie Unterstützung in der Projektleitung im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses
- Zusammenarbeit: Übergreifende Unterstützung der Abteilung im Tagesgeschäft und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren standortübergreifenden Teams aus dem Bereich R&D
Your Profile
- Ausbildung: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch-technsiche*r Assistent*in (CTA) oder Biologisch-technische*r Assistent*in (BTA) oder Studium im Bereich Chemie, Lackingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
- Entry Level: 0 - 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie, z. B. im Bereich der Lackfarben, Kunstharze, Dispersionen und/oder 2K Vergussmassen (PU, Epoxid)
- Fachkenntnisse: Kenntnisse über und sicherer Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen sowie Spezialkenntnisse über die Zusammensetzung und Herstellung von Farben, Lacken, Kunststoffen und Kunstharzen sind von Vorteil
- Projektmanagement: Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden
- IT-Systeme: Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, und Outlook)
- Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
