Werde Teil unseres #TeamLebenSchuetzen in Leiningen (Hunsrück). In der Auftragsabwicklung bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Kunden uns sorgst gemeinsam mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Logistik für eine reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Aufträge. Dabei bringst du als Mitarbeiter Auftragsabwicklung/Order Processing (m/w/d) deine Expertise im Zoll- und Exportbereich aktiv ein.
Your Tasks
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Überwachung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der Auftrags- und Versandabwicklung im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Export- und Zollprozessen einschließlich der Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausfuhrdokumenten (z.B. ABD, EUR1 und Ursprungszeugnisse)
- Kommunikation mit externen Schnittstellen wie bspw. Speditionen und Zollbehörden
- Koordination und Terminierung der Aufträge in Absprache mit den Kund*innen, Vertriebs- und Produktionsabteilungen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandel, Schifffahrtskaufmann/-frau) mit Industrie- und Exporterfahrung
- Idealerweise 2 - 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung oder vergleichbarer Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Export- und Zollabwicklung sowie praktische Erfahrungen in der Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausfuhrdokumenten
- Gute ERP-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-B2)
