Your Tasks
Maschinenbedienung & Fertigung
- Bedienung und Bestückung unserer Produktionsmaschinen im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Standardisierte sowie individuelle Fertigerzeugnisse werden von Dir an unterschiedlichen Anlagen hergestellt
- Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten führst Du eigenständig d
Qualität & Prozesssicherhei
- Qualitätskontrollen nach definierten Prüfkriterien gehören zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Interne Fertigungsprüfungen betreust Du unter Einhaltung aller Produktionsanweisung
- Für eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse sorgst Du gewissenhaft
Material & Organisation
- Die Sicherstellung der Materialbestandsführung liegt in Deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Enge Abstimmung mit Vorarbeiter:innen und Kolleg:innen stellt einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
- Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe setzt Du eigenverantwortlich um
Sicherheit & Weiterentwicklung
- Ein umsichtiges und sicheres Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Vorfälle oder Verbesserungspotenziale meldest Du proaktiv
- Regelmäßig nimmst Du an internen Schulungen am Standort Erndtebrück teil
Your Profile
Fachliche Qualifikation
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technologe für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bringst Du mit
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld (z. B. 3–7 Jahre) konntest Du bereits sammeln
- Technisches Verständnis und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen zeichnen Dich aus
System- & Softwarekenntnisse
- ERP-Systeme im Produktionsbereich wendest Du routiniert an
- Mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen wie Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams und Outlook gehst Du sicher um
Sprachkenntnisse
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B1/B2-Niveau) ermöglichen Dir eine sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
