Your Tasks
- Fachliche Koordination der Schichtmannschaft in personeller, technischer und sicherheitstechnischer Hinsicht (3-Schichtbetrieb)
- Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses
- Sicherstellung der Ausführung von Produktionsaufträgen laut Prozessanweisung
- Aktive Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsziele: Ausbringungsmenge, Termintreue, Qualität und Effizienz- Optional
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der produktionsrelevanten Richtlinien und Arbeitsschutzthemen
- Schichtdokumentation und Berichtwesen an die Vorgesetzten
- Einstellung und Überwachung der vorgegebenen Maschinenparameter
- Überwachung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungstätigkeiten
Your Profile
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung z.B. Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe/-in, Industriemechaniker/-in,
- Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker/-in, Meister/-in ist von Vorteil.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fertigungs-/Produktionsumfeld mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Produktions-, Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsmanagement im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsschutz, Projektmanagement und Lean Management, 5S
- Expertise im Umgang mit Produktionskennzahlen und mit Lenkungsansätzen zur Erreichung von Produktionszielen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und solide Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sichere und routinierte Anwendung von MS Office, ERP-Systeme wünschenswert
- Pkw-Führerschein sowie die Befähigung und Bereitschaft zur Gabelstaplerführung
