Für unsere Marke FireGlass suchen wir am Produktionstandort Seevetal bei Hamburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Produktionsmitarbeiter / Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für die Glasverarbeitung.
Your Tasks
Glasschnitt & -bearbeitung
- Du bedienst verschiedene Glasbearbeitungsmaschinen, z. B. Glasschneideanlagen und automatische Formmaschinen.
- Glas schneidest du nach vorgegebenen Maßen und Formen zu – mit Schablonen, Maßband und Schneidewerkzeugen.
- Überschüssiges Glas entfernst du manuell oder mit Spezialwerkzeugen.
- Mit Bandschleifer, Polierscheiben oder Kantenschleifmaschinen sorgst du für saubere Kanten.
- Du erkennst Glasfehler, markierst sie und optimierst so die Schnittplanung.
Logistik & Lagerhaltung
- Be- und Entladen von Glasgestellen (Stillagen) für den Versand von Seevetal zu unseren Kunden gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
- Du dokumentierst und überwachst Lagerbestände – inklusive Chargennummern und Verschnitt.
Your Profile
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld bringst du idealerweise bereits mit.
- Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, genau und hast ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit.
- Qualität steht für dich an erster Stelle – genauso wie Teamarbeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
