Your Tasks
- Qualitätskontrolle und Freigaben: Du prüfst Rohstoffe und Fertigprodukte im Wareneingang und -ausgang und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.
- Labororganisation & Prüfmittel: Du koordinierst die Laborabläufe – teils eigenverantwortlich, teils im Austausch mit deiner Führungskraft – und unterstützt bei der Prüfmittelüberwachung.
- Kennzahlen & Analysen: Du erhebst und bewertest qualitätsbezogene KPIs und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung z.B. technische Ausbildung oder Chemisch-technische/-r Assistent/-in (CTA), Chemielaborantin/-in.
- Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1-3 Jahre) im Labor, der Qualitätssicherung oder Produktion.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse über Farben, Lacke oder Polyurethane.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2-B1).
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
