Werde Teil unseres #TeamLebenSchuetzen in Leiningen oder Hamburg!. In dieser vielseitigen Position übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Kundenaufträge im Streckengeschäft und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und Transportdienstleistern – von der Bestellung über die Disposition bis hin zur Koordination und Terminüberwachung.
Your Tasks
Streckengeschäft: Du bearbeitest nationale und internationale Kundenbestellungen im Bereich Streckengeschäft inkl. Transportorganisation und Verhandlung der Transportpreise.
Zusammenarbeit: Du bildest versiert die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und Transportdienstleistern
Bestellwesen: Die operative Bestellung der Waren bei einem festgelegten Lieferantenpool sowie die selbstständige Disposition nach Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit je Auftrag zählen zu deinen Aufgaben.
Koordination: Mit deiner dienstleistungsorientierten Art übernimmst du die Terminüberwachung während des gesamten Auftragsvorganges und die Verwaltung des Palettenkontos.
Your Profile
Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im Logistikumfeld oder bringst eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit.
Transportlogistik: Darüber hinaus hast du mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Transportorganisation, Schwerpunkt LKW.
Export: Erste Exporterfahrung ist von Vorteil
IT-Systeme: Im Umgang von Warenwirtschafts- und Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher
Kommunikation: Für die interne und externe Kommunikation verfügst du über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
