As Branch Manager you are esponsible for the overall management of the KuhnOdice LLC site, ensuring commercial growth, operational efficiency, and coordination with production facility in France and HQ in Germany across North America. The role combines business development, operational management, and administrative responsibilities in a small but strategic structure.
Your Tasks
Business Development
- Develop and execute commercial prospecting activities across the North American market
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (gunsafe and door manufacturers)
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Support pricing strategy and commercial negotiations
- Report market feedback, opportunities, and competitive intelligence to France
Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the 800 m² facility
- Supervise inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Coordinate inbound shipments from France and outbound deliveries to customers
- Ensure efficient preparation and dispatch of orders
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the site
Order Fulfillment Support
- Support order processing activities in coordination with the Warehouse Manager
- Participate in the preparation of customer orders
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Administrative and Accounting Support
- Participate in routine accounting operations (invoicing follow-up, payment tracking, basic reporting)
- Ensure proper documentation and administrative compliance
- Coordinate with finance teams in France when required
Coordination and Reporting
- Act as the main interface between KuhnOdice LLC and KuhnOdice France
- Provide regular reporting on sales, operations, and financial indicators
- Support strategic initiatives and local implementation of group policies
Your Profile
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction materials or building envelope systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Inventory and logistics management understanding
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage or equivalent) and standard office tools
