Your Tasks

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio across Italy.
  • Prospect new clients, conduct meetings, and present products and solutions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Promote and follow up on projects with architects, specifiers, contractors, and installers.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and support the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to closing.
  • Provide technical and commercial support.
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Your Profile

  • Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and results-driven profile.
  • Proven experience in sales (systems and/or glass).
  • Knowledge in fire-resistant systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy. Residence in Northern Italy preferred
  • Proficiency with sales support tools: CRM, MS Office.
  • Intermediate knowledge of English and very good knowledge of Italian is valued.
