Your Tasks
- Berate und unterstütze unsere Kunden – Handwerker, Planer, Architekten und Vertriebspartner – kompetent und serviceorientiert, telefonisch wie schriftlich
- Löse spannende, komplexe technische Fragestellungen rund um unsere Brandschutzprodukte und Systeme
- Nutze dein Wissen zu Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, EN, MLAR), um sichere und normgerechte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Erstelle und pflege technische Unterlagen und hilf so, Wissen für Kollegen und Kunden verfügbar zu machen
- Arbeite eng mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen, um innovative Produkte weiter voranzubringen
- Unterstütze bei Produktschulungen und begleite gelegentliche Baustellenbesuche, um Technik live zu erleben
Your Profile
- Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen oder in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits eine Fachplaner- oder Sachverständigen-Qualifikation im vorbeugenden baulichen Brandschutz mit
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien (DIN, EN, MLAR)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Routine im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
