Für unsere Marke FireGlass suchen wir am neuen Produktionstandort Seevetal zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Branch Manager / Werkleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Glasverarbeitung mit Schwerpunkt Branschutzverglasung. Gehe den nächsten Schritt und baue unseren Standort maßgeblich mit auf.
Your Tasks
Leitung & Organisation
- Gesamtverantwortung für die reibungslosen Abläufe in Logistik, Kundenservice und Administration am neuen Standort Seevetal (3 MA Produktion, 1 MA BackOffice) mit starker Schnittstelle zum Vertriebsaußendienst
- Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Auftragsabwicklung und korrekter Fakturierung
- Überwachung von Audits und Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorgaben (IMS, QMS, HSE)
Strategie & Geschäftsentwicklung
- Umsetzung des Business-Plans im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
- Marktbeobachtung, Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Beteiligung an unternehmensweiten Planungsprozessen und Wissensaustausch mit anderen Standorten
Führung & Personalmanagement
- Aufbau und Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams inkl. Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung, Schulung sowie Leistungsbewertung der Mitarbeitenden
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Teams
- Durchführung von Meetings und kontinuierliche Kommunikation wichtiger Informationen
Kundenzufriedenheit & Servicequalität
- Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen und Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen sowie Unterstützung im After-Sales-Prozess
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Glasindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich Brandschutzverglasung.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams, inkl. ressourceneffizienter Einsatzplanung.
- Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung von Geschäftsplänen sowie zur Steuerung von Projekten und Prozessen
- Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken, Systemverständnis und Qualitätskontrolle
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Datenanalyse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntisse in Wort und Schrift
