Für unsere Marke FireGlass suchen wir am Produktionstandort Seevetal zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Produktionsmitarbeiter / Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für die Glasverarbeitung mit Schwerpunkt Branschutzverglasung.
Your Tasks
Maschinenbedienung & Produktion
- Bedienen verschiedener Glasbearbeitungsmaschinen (u.a. Glasschneideanlagen, automatische Zuführ- und Formmaschinen)
- Einstellen und Anpassen der Maschinenparameter anhand von Anzeigen, Ausdrucken und Monitoren
- Ofenbedienung zur Herstellung von Einscheibensicherheitsglas (ESG)
- Durchführung von Sandstrahlarbeiten auf Glasoberflächen
Glasschnitt & -bearbeitung
- Zuschneiden von Glas und Spiegeln auf vorgegebene Maße und Formen anhand von Schablonen, Maßband und Schneidewerkzeugen
- Entfernen überschüssigen Glases per Hand oder mit Spezialwerkzeugen
- Kantenbearbeitung: Schleifen und Polieren mit Bandschleifer, Polierscheiben oder Kantenschleifmaschinen
- Prüfung und Markierung von Glasfehlern zur optimalen Schnittplanung
Logistik & Lagerhaltung
- Be- und Entladen von Glasgestellen (Stillagen) für den Versand
- Dokumentation und Überwachung von Lagerbeständen, einschließlich Chargennummern für zugeschnittenes Glas und Verschnitt
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/in oder vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung mit anschließender Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Glasverarbeitung
- Erfahrung mit Qualitätsstandards, Qualitätskontrollen und Abläufen in einem produzierenden Umfeld
- Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit
