Als Controller (m/w/d) im #TeamLebenSchuetzen am Standort Erndtebrück in der Region Siegen übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Planung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.
Your Tasks
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, Forecasts und Budgets
- Du führst Abweichungs-, Kosten- und Investitionsanalysen durch und entwickelst darauf aufbauend Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Controllings – von der Optimierung interner Prozesse bis zur Einführung aussagekräftiger Kennzahlensysteme
- Du unterstützt bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung und bringst deine Expertise in strategische Entscheidungen und Business Cases ein
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen und agierst als serviceorientierter Sparringspartner
Your Profile
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling/Produktionscontrolling wünschenswert – idealerweise im mittelständischen internationalen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Excel und BI-Tools
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Zahlenverständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude daran, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1–C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1–B2)
