Your Tasks
- Du übernimmst die aktive Kundenbetreuung und Akquise via Telefon und Mail für unsere Gesellschaft DDL
- In dem Zuge obliegt dir die Angebotserstellung, das dazugehörige Monitoring und die Abwicklung von Aufträgen
- Das Führen von Verkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
- In deiner Funktion agierst du im engen Austausch mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst
- Durch die Einbringung eigener Ideen trägst du wesentlich zur Prozessoptimierung bei
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Sämtliche MS Office-Anwendungen beherrschst du sicher
- Durch deine kommunikative Art hast du Freude im Umgang mit Kund*innen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus
- Dein Profil rundest du mit einer zuverlässigen, strukturierten und teamorientierten Arbeitsweise ab
