We are looking for an experienced business development professional to drive the growth and strategic development of the Kuhn Odice portfolio across MENA, India and APAC. With an immediate focus on establishing and implementing the route-to-market strategy for India, you will manage existing customers, develop new business opportunities and support the specification and successful delivery of projects across the region.

Your Tasks

  • Drive revenue growth and manage the business pipeline for the Kuhn Odice portfolio across MENA, India and APAC, with an immediate focus on developing and implementing the India route-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, specifiers, partners and key stakeholders to secure specifications and support project success.
  • Provide technical support and training to partners and authorities, working closely with headquarters and supporting business development activities on site.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and industry forums, while monitoring local regulations and communicating market requirements across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-brand teams to develop new initiatives, strengthen the specification process and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular updates to regional and international management.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and relevant professional training
  • Several years of experience in the passive fire protection industry, at a senior level within wider region and proven network
  • Proven track record in managing strategic client relationships
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English along with Hindi or another widely spoken Indian language (written and spoken)
  • Proficient Microsoft skills and CRM
