Am Produktionsstandort Leiningen bei Koblenz wirst du als Teil unseres R&D-Teams Formulierungen verbessern, Neuentwicklungen vorantreiben und an unseren nationalen & internationalen Standorten Brandversuche begleiten.

Your Tasks
- Forschung & Entwicklung: Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte des passiven Brandschutzes
- Projekte: Projektleitung im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses unter Verwendung von Projektmanagementmethoden
- Rohstoffeinkauf: Gewährleistung des flexiblen Rohstoffeinkaufs gemeinsam mit dem Team Einkauf
- Zertifizierung: Unterstützung des Zulassungsbereichs bei der Ausstattung unserer Produkte mit nationalen und internationalen Zertifikaten
- Laborarbeit: zu Beginn der Tätigkeit Mitarbeit an der Durchführung von Laboransätzen, sowie Probennahme und -prüfungen der Produkte an unseren eigenen Brandprüfständen inkl. Dokumentation & Datenpflege
- Zusammenarbeit: enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren standortübergreifenden Teams aus dem Bereich R&D sowie externen Prüf- und Zulassungsstellen
Your Profile
- Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Chemie, Lackingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung: 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie, z. B. im Bereich der Lackfarben, Kunstharze, Dispersionen und/oder 2K Vergussmassen (PU, Epoxid)
- Fachkenntnisse: Kenntnisse über und sicherer Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen sowie Spezialkenntnisse über die Zusammensetzung und Herstellung von Farben, Lacken, Kunststoffen und Kunstharzen sind von Vorteil
- Projektmanagement: einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Projektsteuerung
- IT-Systeme: sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, und Outlook)
- Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
