Your Tasks
Führung & Teamentwicklung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Produktionsteams gehört zu deinem Alltag
- Den Schulungsbedarf deiner Mitarbeitenden erkennst du frühzeitig und leitest passende Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen ein
- Bei der Auswahl und strukturierten Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg*innen wirkst du aktiv mit
Produktionssteuerung & Optimierung
- Die Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe im Tagschichtbetrieb liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Prozesse leitest du eigenständig ab
- Initiativen zur Stückkostenreduzierung und Abfallvermeidung unterstützt du gezielt
- Die Einhaltung einer korrekten Materialbestandsführung stellst du sicher
- Im Rahmen des KVP treibst du Verbesserungen aktiv voran
Schnittstellen & operative Mitarbeit
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen gehört zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
- Mit externen Dienstleistern und Anlagenherstellern stimmst du dich regelmäßig ab
- Auch in der Produktion arbeitest du operativ mit
- Für Schulungen oder Projekte reist du gelegentlich innerhalb Deutschlands
Your Profile
- Eine Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführerin mit Weiterbildung (z.B. Techniker*in/Meister*in) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss bildet deine Basis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld konntest du bereits sammeln und du verfügst über ein starkes technisches Verständnis
- Erste Führungserfahrung (disziplinarisch) zeichnet dich aus
- ERP-Systeme im Produktionsbereich nutzt du sicher in deinem Arbeitsalltag
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Profil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-C2) setzt du souverän ein
- Mit MS Office arbeitest du routiniert
