• Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficient distribution, customer service, sales performance, compliance, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement the branch business plan, contributing to company objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring operational performance.
• Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting performance reviews, addressing skills gaps, and fostering a high-performing team.
• Drive customer satisfaction and business growth by maintaining strong client relationships, resolving customer issues promptly, and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and all relevant legislation, maintaining effective audit and operational controls.
• Monitor branch performance and resources, preparing management reports, coordinating people and materials effectively, and promoting continuous improvement through effective leadership and decision-making.

• Extensive knowledge of the fire glass industry, including products, relevant regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, develop, and delegate effectively to a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management, while accurately analysing and recording data.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, demonstrating a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• A recognised Management or Supervisory qualification is desirable.
