The Production Scheduler is the owner of the short‑term execution plan, ensuring delivery against customer commitments while maximising capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.
The role maintains a stable, prioritised schedule, drives daily execution discipline, and safeguards full control of workflow, data integrity, and production readiness.
This is a hands‑on operational control role, focused on eliminating surprises on the shopfloor, stabilising processes, and delivering consistent, reliable output.
Accountable for:
• On‑Time Delivery (OTD) and dependable execution performance
• Schedule adherence and short‑term planning stability
• Job list quality and production readiness
• WIP control, flow efficiency, and bottleneck prevention
• Scan compliance and high‑quality production data

- Degree or diploma in Production Planning or related discipline.
- Alternatively, proven experience as a Production Scheduler or Planner within a manufacturing environment; experience in the glass industry is an advantage.
